Climate Control Limited (CCL) is a service-oriented company who truly understands the importance of providing quality service to its valued customers. CCL believes that providing after sales support to our greatest asset, the customer, will result in lasting relationships with new and existing clients. CCL's aim is to leave a lasting impression with our customers through on-going improvements in the levels of service offered.
The CCL Service team comprises of a manager, service supervisor, service coordinators and a service team of over forty (40) trained technicians. CCL also carries out in-house training to ensure the best quality service is offered to you, the customer, like no other in the industry.
CCL currently offers three (3) levels of service contracts:
Level One:
Service of Equipment Only. Repairs and any additional work is at an extra cost.
Level Two:
Service of Equipment and Labour for Repairs Only. Parts and additional work is at an extra cost.
Level Three:
Service of Equipment, Repairs and Parts with the exception of Coils, Rubatex, Panels, Frames and Ducting.
Level Three Contract to be offered only to clients with over 100 Tons of equipment. |
