Quality brand represented is Miller in the Residential equipment line and YORK in the Commercial and Industrial lines. Specialty air conditioning requirements for computer rooms and   telecommunications equipment is also available through precision air conditioners. Explosion Proof and Industrial Units are provided by Specific Systems. Bioclimatic provides a range of Scrubbers and Air Quality services. Our line of Exhaust Ventilation products is supplied by the Xpelair brand. Our newest product is fabric air dispersion system which is supplied by DurkeeSox.

The Miller brand of Mini-Splits are high quality products developed from over 80 years of experience in the residential market in the United States. There are two lines in the Miller brand with one being engineered to give excellent performance for value and the other that is a unique, high quality special line which was developed specifically for the tropical environment and seaside conditions. The external unit is constructed of UV protected plastic with stainless steel coil guard, stainless steel assembly screws and treated condenser coil. This means no rusting of the housing or rusty streaks from rusting screws and longer condenser coil life under adverse conditions. These premium units are also fitted with renowned Mitsubishi rotary compressors, which are shrouded in sound blanket material to dampen sound and protect the housing of the compressor from corrosion.

The Miller brand units are manufactured using quality components and come with a Five (5) Year Manufacturer’s Guarantee on the Compressor and One (1) Year on Parts.
