Climate Control Limited (CCL) is a provider of air conditioning and UPS systems that utilizes a variety of skills, procedures and activities. CCL recognizes its moral, social and legal responsibility to provide a safe, secure and healthy work environment for employees, clients, contractors, suppliers, customers and visitors. CCL further  recognizes that the development and implementation of an effective HSE policy is critical to the achievement to its corporate Vision and Mission. Executive management is committed to the pursuit of excellence in HSE programs.

Within our Company no activity shall be executed without addressing safety, health and the impact on the environment of the job. Management believes that accidents and injuries are preventable and our reputation and profitability depend upon our ability to manage our operations safely and with no impact on the health and well being of all who may be affected by our commercial activities.

The management of CCL is therefore committed to:

• Providing a safe work environment.
• Target “0” for any negative impacts that stem from our activities.
• Promoting active and continuous identification, assessment and control of risks and hazards.
• Systematically audit and continuously review, monitor and improve our HSE performance  using lessons learned and best industry practices.
• Report regularly to the Board of Directors on the effectiveness of the corporate HSE policy.
• Train employees in the safe performance of their tasks.
• Ensure compliance with national legislation, client contractual requirements and current industry  standards.
• Ensuring that our safety policy is available to all parties with whom we have commercial relationships.
• Ensuring that in consultation with employees HSE is promoted in a positive manner to foster a unified commitment to meet our target “0” objective for accidents and incidents.
• Ensuring that our contractors and suppliers operate in a manner consistent with our HSE policy.
• Ensuring that Employees are aware that Health, Safety, Security and protection of the environment are integral aspects of everyone’s responsibilities.
